The apartment is located on the top floor of a typical country house of the Hautes Alpes and can accommodate up to 6 people.
To access it, you will take a narrow staircase.
It has an area of 55m2 under the attic enjoying an architecture in A.
The apartment is very bright from morning to evening.
The interior is arranged with a large living/ dining room and open kitchen. You will have a sofa bed convertible into a double bed.
The living room serves by a staircase half level a small mezzanine under the attic (two single beds on the floor). A staircase in half level allows access to the double bedroom and bathroom.
A shared garden is accessible and will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of Briançon. Hiking trails are at the end of the garden.
You can park your car in a free parking 200 metres from the apartment.
This rental is a true haven of peace on the edge of the forest and 2 minutes drive from the center of Briançon and 5 minutes from the slopes.
This atypical property, in a quiet place, will plunge you into an atmosphere of forest hut.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à l'appartement Acolin. C'est un très bel endroit, dans un hameau paisible de Briançon, à deux pas de la nature. Le logement a été rénové avec goût, il est très bien équipé avec du beau mobilier et tout l'électroménager nécessee more
Nous avons passé 5 jours à l'appartement Acolin. C'est un très bel endroit, dans un hameau paisible de Briançon, à deux pas de la nature. Le logement a été rénové avec goût, il est très bien équipé avec du beau mobilier et tout l'électroménager nécessaire. La vaisselle est également de qualité. Nous avons également apprécié de trouver sur place les produits alimentaires de base (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre,...) ainsi que des dosettes pour le lave-vaiselle et le lave linge. Notre hôte a été vraiment disponible et l'équipe de Résidence Luxe est resté à notre écoute. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit

Logement rénové très agréable, très bien équipé, sous les combles (attention la tête si vous êtes grand !). Une belle vue sur la montagne depuis l’appart, qui se situe à proximité de chemins de randonnées. D’ailleurs l’accès au logement emprunte l’unsee more
